  I worked at Perspective for 8 months on a variety of different projects. I was supported from the get go, with the supervisors and manager ensuring you have all the skills and tools needed to complete the task at hand. The environment is very friendly and I had the pleasure of meeting a lot of great people.

  The first week is probably the best week because they are lenient. When you don't hit your targets they send you home early and sometimes don't book you in for the next week. Ive seen it happen to many people. The managers probably talk about people behind their backs. They don't make no calls, just sit around making jokes with each other and forcing us to make calls all the time, i feel like i am in school. They don't consider peoples feelings or mental health. The only good thing about this job is the breaks. Your better off working somewhere else or prepared to be sent home early on a bad day. I want to leave but i need to find a job first.

  I worked in perspective for almost a year and i’ve learned so much in such a short period, i moved from one project to another and this was very exciting as i learned something new everyday, they suggested that working from home can be an option after a couple of months of working from the office which was a nice opportunity, basically in this company you grow everyday, i even made friends from the office and they were so sweet, all the supervisors were more than helpful, they were all very kind and nice, whenever there is anything wrong they were always there to help, they were all very fun too. I loved working there, it was one of the most unforgettable experience i have ever had.

  A long time ago in a galaxy far far away.. I started as a Telephone interviewer here in 2020 after the first two lockdowns. I had no experience other than bar work, and wanted to gain office experience to ensure a more secure role in the current climate. As I was too anxious at the time to even call up my own doctor, I thought this would be the last job I'd ever progress in. The training day run by Nathan put me at ease. The day was well structured, interactive, and the theory was explained very clearly. Although I didn't hit target for a few days, the supervisors were supportive and offered a few tips & tricks of their own. After a few months my confidence had grown and I was exceeding targets on lengthy business projects with senior business personnel. I was allowed to work from home which was great for the lockdown, but I asked to come back to the office as I enjoyed the atmosphere. There's a good mix of characters and ages here, and we often grab a pint together in the local pub after our evening shifts. I've been here almost two years now, initially thanks to the location and the people, but mainly because it's the first place I've worked where the managers recognise hard work. Within a year and a half I've progressed through multiple payrates to a 'Super Premium interviewer', and they've also entrusted me with admin roles since the start of this year. I'm very thankful to the senior staff for all of the help and support, and I would recommend this job for anyone who wants to gain office experience, and has a determined attitude to work hard.

  I have been working for Perspective Reasearch for less than a year. I must admit that the environment is quite hectic, but people are kind and helpful. My experience so far has been positive: I started as an International Interviewer and continued in the company as a National one. After that, when the project was finished, I have been transferred to another department, so that they could guarantee some work for me. I have much appreciated their help, in fact I am still working at their office.

  I worked for Perspective couple of months, they gave me the opportunity to work from home. I felt very supported by my supervisor Maud and the manager, Tosin. When they did not have a project for me Tosin, helped me to be transferred to another department. I'm very grateful. If you are a hard worker person who stays away from the mobile phone, you will fit in the company.

  My experience working at perspective research was wonderful from start to finish. It was always really easy for me to get shifts and I could choose to work at my own convenience. The people there are really friendly and the supervisors are really easy to get along with. They also recognise hard work, I got promoted within one month of working there and they also offer bonuses on various different projects. Overall I enjoyed my time there and can’t wait to go back!
