    I would highly recommend this place for anyone who struggles with motivation and structure in their workouts. I previously had a memberships at other gyms, going to the odd class and sometimes using the machines in the gym (without really knowing what I was doing or why). I lost motivation, and gave up exercise altogether over Christmas which made me feel awful. I decided that I needed a PT to set me in the right path and kickstart my fitness journey again. This studio is private and you book your session in advance, which means you have access to everything you need when you are there and you have space to breathe!! The studio itself is fully kitted out and is super clean - two things that are often compromised in other gym/studios. They also have a studio in Fareham which is awesome - I’d recommend checking that one out if you have the ability to drive (takes me approx 15 mins to drive there from Southsea). As for the team, they are just so brilliant. Training with Anika, Simran and Harley has been amazing. They are so knowledgable and between them they can answer any question you throw their way. It’s clear that they love what they do - there has never been a day where the mood has been off. Good vibes every day! In 20 sessions I have learnt HEAPS, I’ve gained muscle, I’ve improved my stamina considerably, but most importantly I am 10x more motivated and confident.

    All of the team at Personal Trainer Southsea/Workout Coach have been amazing from the very start. They have taught me so much and have always been supportive. They taught me about nutrition, form, lifting and cardio. They push you to be the best you can be and are always understanding and caring. They are the only gym I know that tailors to peoples needs, beliefs and religions, which is amazing. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. Don’t be tempted to opt for cheap personal training as I can guarantee you will not be receiving the quality you will get here. They offer good prices, flexibility and commitment to you. She puts you at ease and if you are a bit nervous about the gym/ exercising then Ani is the perfect PT who will put you at ease and make you feel comfortable whilst building your confidence.     I started training with the team at personal trainer Southsea 2 months ago having previously found it hard to stick with the gym because of the lack of accountability. I chose here because it was small, personal and had female PTs which I couldn’t find around Chichester without losing the small and personal side. Personal training is an investment but I’m so pleased to have taken that step. Anika, Simi and Harley work so hard to create such a welcoming space to workout in, no matter your experience. I can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t get along with or learn something from this lovely bunch
