I have been working with Mich for the past 9 weeks in that time I have dropped in weight and lost fat and I am getting more toned. I feel stronger and fitter. Mich knows how the body and muscles work, he also has advised on food intake which has been a complete success, I am eating far less and not hungry at all. Mich is a motivator, he will push you but he won’t take you beyond your capabilities. I have fun when we are training and that is a motivator in itself. I highly recommend Mich to all.
