I placed an order directly with this company on the 14th November. I ordered 3 cat treat baubles. It is now the 17th January, I have had no delivery and no response to my 3 emails and instagram DM asking firstly for an update on my order, and finally asking for a refund. AVOID this company at all costs, if you look at the reviews on Etsy they are glowing, however clearly ordering directly is a scam.

Bought four tie patches from them for my wedding. The delivery was great, although for a total of £50 you'd expect to get them fairly quickly. Three of the patches had been damaged by water so the ink had bled and they were ruined - when contacting the site it was confirmed they basically just print onto the material so the patches aren't water safe in the slightest. The fourth patch was for someone else entirely. Contact from the site asked for photos, which were provided. A week later, nothing. Total joke of a service
