Stay well clear. Absolute joke of a house builder - within the first year my house, and several others have flooded due to poor workmanship from their plumbers. Seven months on and my house still isn't right. First of all I was lied to about the house being dried out. There was a lot of water, it had gone deep into the concrete so needed weeks of industrial dryers, not just turning the heating on as they suggested. Following this it has taken over 20 visits from them as they fail time and time again to redecorate the ground floor correctly. They even tried to fob me off with the door in the picture! It is hardly a surprise following communication with the managing director, who has lied countless times and back tracked even more!
