I agree that some of the staff are fantastic but unfortunately some of them really lack customer skills and also don’t know their job. They messed with my daughter’s glasses, they put the left glass to the right and right to the left. With mine, the new spectacle was blurry, when I asked they told me there’s been a change in my lens, I didn’t believe them, so I took it a place in Victoria Qtr, lo and behold there was nothing wrong with my eyes, they made another mistake. My advice is, always check with your prescription.

I had an eye test on Saturday, 8 October. The whole team were fantastic. I haven't been to the opticians for over three years. The optician and all staff in the store were lovely and accommodating. They all went above and beyond helping us with our eye tests and glasses selection. The optician patiently took me through my eye test and explained my prescription, ensuring I was comfortable and informed about my eye care. I recommend this store for good customer care and will be returning.
