    They kept my mobility car for 5months after the car broke down 24hrs after perry's had supposedly fixed it......when I finally received my car with no work paperwork it was also devoid of petrol and covered in green mould....perry's refuse to accept responsibility

    An absolute shambles of a Company. Do not believe the "Leave it with me, I will deal with the matter personally" statements. It seems as though every employee is trained to trot that one out. Similarly with the "Give me your number, I will get someone to ring you straight back", because that never happens either. If you have a complaint, I recommend that you don't waste your time with anyone at the Nelson branch. I would compile your case and contact the CEO of the Company directly. If heads have to roll, so be it.

    It is obvious that Perry's in Nelson pay absolutely no attention whatsoever to these reviews. Our 2yr old Citroen C5 broke down on motorway. RAC attended and the engine management light was on. They did a diagnostic and found an issue with a spark plug. They were unable to obtain a new one but managed to put an old one in advising us to get a new set in. Went to Perry's under warranty and told they would have to a diagnostic to see if there was an issue.obviously there would not have been because another spark plug, albeit old had been replaced. They stated we needed to pay £90 for a new diagnostic but if nothing found it would cost us the money. For it to be on warranty they needed the old part which the RAC had discarded although we has a full report of the issue and that diagnostic carried out showed a fault on number 3 spar plug. Perry's would not do the work without paying the diagnostic fee. In the end we had to buy new spark plugs at £96 The service here is a joke and we will never return again . Claim now going through Citreon
