I would not recommend Perrys Huddersfield MG because at least five reasons: 1. The car was scratched, the alloys damaged, the upholstery was greasy and stained, the car dirty, and the floor mats greasy and worn out, without telling me before the day of purchase. 2. The cable provided was not original. 3. The car insurance for the initial few days was not provided (differently from everywhere else). 4. The electric charge at 60% of the charge (very risky on a Saturday evening) was added to the bill cost at £50 (three times the usual price!!!). 5. Most importantly, the original documents of purchase (owner handbook, DVLA certificate, proof of purchase, etc) have never been provided despite reassurances and cheating answers.

I had decided to replace my existing vehicle, a Land Rover Discovery Sport with a smaller more economical vehicle. After looking at Car Wow, Perry’s came up as as potential supplier of MG cars. I called at Perry’s to look at vehicles on offer but no sales person was available. However a young lady from the Service Department showed me the available vehicles. She was a most pleasant young lady who led me towards an MG ZS. On my return I met with the Sales Manager and discussed options. On a third visit I was taken for a test drive in a used MG ZS, by Nathaniel. Following a successful test drive I purchased this vehicle and ancillary items at what I believe to be a fair price All the staff treated my with respect and were very knowledgeable and I would like to specifically thank them for their patience and understanding. I would not hesitate to return to Perry’s, and having purchased the service package will be having the car serviced with them.

Was told I'd get my deposit back if I changed my mind, was told it would be processed on 23rd March, this hasn't happened. Phoned numerous times, have been told they will see what accounts are doing they will phone me back. Poor service, still haven't received my refund or a phone call back.
