    If I could leave 0.5 stars, I would. Saw a Kia Stinger on Autotrader, popped round that Saturday morning to have a look but couldn't find the car anywhere. Went into the showroom and was greeted by a very friendly chap who explained they had not long taken the car in and that it was at the preparation centre. Absolutely fine with me. He offered try get the car there that afternoon but I said there was no rush so the following weekend would do. He took all my details and said he would ring or email during the week when the car was ready to arrange a viewing. Totally happy with this but I heard nothing. Got impatient and submitted an online enquiry Thursday afternoon explaining the situation. A really lovely woman rang me later that day and after giving her all my details again as the original chap had not added them to the system, booked me in for a test drive the coming Saturday at 10am, and that she'd send me a confirmation email which I've yet to receive. We turned up on time for the appointment but couldn't see a Stinger anywhere, so went into the showroom and were left standing there for 20 minutes like a pair of idiots. One female staff member walked past us multiple times without even so much as an acknowledgement. To be fair she was dealing with someone at the time, but a simple "I'll be with you shortly" wouldn't have gone amiss. She eventually came over to speak to us so I explained and she told us to have a seat and that someone would be over to see to us. We waited a further 10 minutes, meanwhile there was people in an office chatting and laughing, apparently much too busy to come out and help bring some business in. A young chap eventually came over and asked if we had been seen to. I said no and explained yet again. He disappeared and came back a while later saying the appointment was supposed to be with someone else but that he would bring the car around. That he did, then came in and said he'd leave us to go and have a look around it, then we'd take things from there. He was friendly and helpful so we were fine with that. Went out to look at the car and to say that it had been in the preparation centre is a joke as it was mucky inside and out. Service history left on the floor in the back of the car and it was appalling. Remaining Kia warranty void because of it in fact. By this point as you can imagine I was pretty annoyed. I had asked the woman who rang me to make the appointment what the service history was like and she said I had nothing to worry about as it will be up to Kia standard, which I took to mean full! We went back inside only to be left waiting for forever again. A manager came out of the office and walked past without any acknowledgement. Eventually said to my other half that I had had enough and went to find someone in the office. To be fair, the chap who had helped us was on the phone and did acknowledge us, then came over as soon as he was done. I spoke to him about the poor service history and he agreed and confirmed the warranty would be void. I said I would leave it and we left the showroom having completely wasted our time. Thing is, we were not just interested in the Stinger. Had it been that we had simply decided we didn't like it, we were going to enquire about a new or used Proceed instead but after the way we had just been treated, decided just to go somewhere that actually wanted our business. Would have part exchanged my current car as well, which is in pristine condition in and out and could have earned them a tidy profit - a car that is in far better condition than a similar car of the same model they currently have on the forecourt, I might add! But unfortunately no, sorry Perry's Kia Huddersfield, never again.

    Purchased our new family car here today with Albert and the help of Rodney as Albert has just started a week ago but did an amazing job! Both guys offered great service and were very knowledgeable. Anything we asked that they did know they went and got us the answers. Helped us haggle a great deal on a new sportage. Fabulous service, coke here to these guys for your new or used car they are extremely helpful, friendly and relatable. Even helped us find somewhere for food whilst we waited for the deal to go through finance :)

    Nice to see lots of good reviews, shame our experience wasn't like this. My wife and I arranged to view a used Vauxhall Astra with Greg, for just over £10k. I appreciate it's not Ferrari money but it's still a significant chunk. I arranged this visit on a Tuesday for the following Saturday 12pm and paid the reservation fee. Greg said the car was currently at the valeters. We arrived after a 45 minute drive across the moors at 12 to a virtually empty showroom, and the car was parked outside. It had been given a quick lick but the wheels were dirty and there was debris in the centre console. It clearly hadn't been prepared. We decided virtually instantly not to proceed with the car so hung around to get a refund. There was one sole salesman busy dealing with a customer who was clearly buying a new Kia. We made eye contact a good couple of times but this chap didn't acknowledge us at all. After around half an hour I approached him, he said they were short staffed, and Rodney who was outside with another customer would try and assist. It turns out (from Rodney) that the other salesman was in fact Greg. Given that a) he knew he had a 12pm customer, and b) there was clearly another customer in the showroom wanting attention, the very least he could have done was quickly acknowledge our presence and say he'd be with us asap. Instead he left it to poor Rodney to field, and as we passed him on our way out there wasn't a glimmer of acknowledgement. I presume that the commision on a new car is far more than some used car for 10 grand.....? Hopefully Kia Perry's will see this review and discuss Greg's lack of customer service skills.
