The manger was very rude we have brought new our car for a software issue, we had to wait an extra 2 weeks to sort the issue and when came to pick up the car they have not done anything to the car and we had to travel from another city, Bad company and bad cars!

Horrible customer service, poor communication, does not explain the work properly! The act as if the customer asking any information is a pain and nuisance! The job was completed on time. It has been 10 days and the fault has not reappeared. So hope the work is good. Only remaining Citroën dealership in the area. So not many options if you want to get some work done through Citroën! 02Feb'23: The fault light came on within less than a month of the repair and took the the car back in for another round of diagnostic!. Requested for the work to be completed before 3pm if possible for school run. Was promised an update before 3pm so that i can arrange transport if not ready. No update till 4:30pm, so called up the dealership only to be informed that they have just started work on the car!. Now at 5:20pm I was called and informed I can pick up the car before 5:30pm (and fault was a ghost fault, so could not find any issue!). The poor communication syndrome continues. Not sure why I would consider you again!.

Car went into Perrys with a fault, fault rectified car coming up for it's first service so they carried out a service with no problems. On pick up car hadn't been cleaned and given the wrong keys but service personnel shorted it
