How can i thank Peter and the team enough for the high level of service i received when i visited for a test drive of a used Mazda Cx5. I arrived late for my appointment due to traffic (nearly closing time) but was greeted as if i was early. Peter allowed me to take my time to look round the car and have a decent test drive and went through the service history of the car etc. Peter then evaluated my car as a potential trade in and went through the options. There was no typical car sales pressure.. just facts. I left a small deposit and left 40 minutes after closing time. The following week i returned to settle the balance and collect the car. It looked like new, the dink in the alloy was fixed as was the slight scrape on the wing. Plus 4 new tyres, 2 new number plates , a full service and m.o.t and they also included a 1 year Mazda warranty too. I have had the car a week and its heaven to drive. Peter rang on wednesday to check i was happy with the car and i can honestly say " I love it". This is the first time a dealer has ever checked whether i like a car or not and i have been driving gor over 30 years. I whole heartedly recommend Peter and the team at Perrys mazda in Dover, they really did go that extra mile. Thank you !
