    Very poor. Phoned to discuss a vehicle and took 3 attempts to get a video of vehicle. I then messaged requesting a time for a test drive, no response. Glad we did not just turn up as would have been a 100 mile return trip. Will be going elsewhere

    First off they had no recollection that we even had an appointment that day. Then we were told the mechanic has gone away home with the key so we couldn't look inside or test drive it. Then was told he wasn't a used car salesman but he will see us anyway. We chose to take a look at the car regardless, then was told there was something wrong in the engine (which wasn't stated in the article online) but assured it was waiting to be fixed. We the then sat back down to go through some paper work as we were looking to part exchange, he then told us it wasn't the engine needing doing it was the clutch and again it wasn't stated in the article. Nearing towards the end of the appointment it stated on the sheet he just printed off that it was £1000 over than it was initially advertised for. Luckily we had taken a screenshot so we could show what the car was priced at but apparently the price had gone up 4 days ago lol, he point blank refused to negotiate with us and was happy to just have us gone. The car wasn't even ready to drive away that day as we were expecting. Apparently it hadn't even been looked at or cleaned so why advertise it....? No communication or common courtesy what so ever! We drove almost 40miles to view this car with our 1 year old for alot of bull to be told. To say we are disappointed is an understatement!!

    Quite useless at best no ones ever there to serve you and those that are have no idea on what to do, so again a very useless company to say the least, at least I'm honest. After reading all those good comments why do you treat disabled drivers with such content, do you not understand us and you dont have enough people working for you to deal with disabled people comming to you for new cars. All I got was excuses as a big firm like yous should have staff on hand to help disabled, not just one whose never there when you need him, I'm disgraced by your attitude towards all this. If your saying you disappointed to read my review then do something yo change it, I mentioned this some time back and you've done nothing to evaluate the situation just left it as it is, which for you information does not help disabled people, thank you.
