Booked a service for my mini that i bought from Perrys Canterbury. 2 weeks notice. They booked me into the wrong centre at Broadstairs and didnt confirm this. I had to drive to Broadstairs. At the time of booking i specified the brake light was on. When i took it in i asked them to check brakes specifically. They booked it for 830am, and told me 2 hours. But then called me at 1130 to tell me the parts were late arriving, did i want to rebook. I had taken the day off and was waiting, and they said it would be ready at 1.15. When i picked it up they said it was ok, but the warning light was still showing. When i asked, they said in their measurement it was ok, but Mini think otherwise and they estimated 1000 miles or less. The mini dash reading said 700 miles. I asked why didnt they tell me that it was close. I could see that from the dash. They said they didnt have the tech to do the brakes and id need to go to a main dealer. If i had been made aware of this by them at the time of booking, I'd have booked the service with Mini. I had planned a 1000 mile trip over easter. I now need to take the risk on the brakes and also book another day off for a main dealer service. I complained and they told me to take it to main dealer next time and its the risk I took bringing it to them. I feel like all they wanted was to take my £190 for a quick oil change service. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend.

Service at Perrys Broadstairs was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly and sorted all my needs to buying my new car. When I picked my used car up it came in showroom condition. Would definitely recommend if looking for a new car without a doubt
