    Not a lot to complain about with the service and MOT but they forgot to book my courtesy car but another customer didn't need theirs so I was eventually given that. I was originally offered to wait there until work was completed (2.5hours) or come back next day. Surely they have plenty of cars.

    Advertised a car on there ebay site, calledto buy it and the sales man said over £3500 more then the listing, had there complaints details so went to them with this and just over a month later I get a call to ask what has happened, iv explained and been told they will call me back in 24 hours, they also added when I said its been over a month and you call now, there reply was we have a large number of complaints at the moment. Great!
