    Something wrong with management set up here. I've phoned to make a service appointment. After waiting a considerable time was told they'd phone me back. Nobody did. Made a second call and made an appointment. After a couple of days I realised I'd overlooked something and phoned to change the appointment. Same thing happened, was told someone would phone back within 48 hrs! Of course nobody did. Phoned another number (Burnley). Same thing happened. Have emailed to cancel appointment and will go to an independent local garage. No good having this ' your call is important to us' drivel. You need to sort things out.

    Bought a used car with extended warranty. BE WARNED. Recovery only cover 30 mile radius. Told I would have to wait 1 month for my vehicle to be assessed after breakdown. They can't fix my vehicle anyway and have to send to a third party. Not told any of this when purchased. Every time I call I'm told something different. I suggest recording all conversations to protect yourself.
