At first we was totally messed about I definitely wouldn’t recommend the 2 lads we first got. But the manager of motability assigned kaela to us. And she was amazing. She did everything in her power to help us. And once car was able to be picked up she did an amazing job of showing us how the car worked

I didn't make any appointment but was shown the car, offered a test drive, shown the ropes and ended up purchasing the car. Kaela was very helpful and there was no hard sell. I picked up my car the following week. Follow up calls to see how I have been getting along. Really great service. 👍
