We visited today and have been blown away by the quality of work and sheer professionalism of everyone involved with our boat. We are now so excited to see it finished. Dave has been superb in understanding our requirements and has gone out of his way to ensure we are happy. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Perrydale Narrowboats have by far done a top notch job relining and wiring my narrowboat. I was so scared and didnt know where to start with it. I saw him at the crick boat show and we got to talking. The work dave and his company did on my boat is impeccable especially as it wasnt the easiest of jobs! Just at the early stages of our journey to a life on water and today we visited Ashwood Marina meeting Sammy the owner and Dave, owner of Perrydale. We were instantly made to feel welcome and valued, realising straight away that we were talking to people who care passionately about their customers, taking time to share their knowledge, experience and anecdotes. Dave showed us around Jack O' Legs, a boat nearing completion, explaining what is possible with a truly bespoke build and knocking spots off others we had previously considered with the level of passion, craftsmanship and ingenuity. Thanks again for a memorable morning. We drove home with heads spinning and bucket-loads of inspiration!

A fantastic team of people. We commissioned a complete internal refit of our narrowboat ‘Jack O’Legs’ and I couldn’t be more pleased with the progress so far. Dave the head man at Perrydale and Sammy of Ashwood Marina, who handles the separate client account that Perrydale draw from (not all boat builders do this) and all the legal side, have a friendly but thoroughly professional approach. They have allowed us complete reign in the design of the refit but have guided us sensibly as to the practical and financial implications of our ideas. Dave’s work is second to non in its quality and attention to detail. Using only the best materials and drawing on his extensive experience from his previous refits and new builds. He loves coming up with quirky solutions to the design conundrums we throw at him. Making his boats just a little different from the run of the mill. We get regular updates as to the boat’s progress via email and social media and meet up once a month with coffee and biscuits, to review the work so far, have a good nose around the boat and plan what’s next. All of which is comprehensively documented, giving us complete peace of mind that everything is in hand. A family business, where everyone chips in. With a friendly but completely professional approach. Jack O’Legs should look stunning when she’s finished. Can’t wait

We had a brilliant consultation over the phone with Perrydale and we can't wait to start our fit out!
