A terrible experience at our school trying to get items delivered. We have been waiting for over two months for some things. This is happening to many parents at the school, and term is approaching. I don't think the firm is geared up for the summer rush.

Very poor service. First day of school for children without essential items of their uniform, despite making the order more than 7 weeks before school start date. Customer services very unhelpful with more than 15 email communication with them and still essential items of uniform are not supplied up to date!
