Very bad service. Specially they know nothing about providing good service, no systematic skill all they know is just to take Council Tax and that's all. The faces they make when they aren't sure about something is Ridiculous. Specially that Indian Lady in there. Probably this is the worst customer service for anyone in the entire perry barr. Of there was an option to give 0 star, then I'd go for it. But unfortunately there isn't any.

Recently discovered they have been STEALING MY PACKAGES AND NOT SENDING THEM OFF. THIEVES. They also like to prey on ignorance and vulnerability so check the price and postage of the package, whether it will send as a package or letter. They will charge you more unless you know this. unfortunately i am unable to give 0 stars so i am forced to give 1, i wanted to put money onto my card to go eat and they took money out of my card instead and took the cash i had aswell. I only realised after when i wanted to pay for my food. When i called them back they said she was a senior staff and that it wasn't their job when they clearly work there. The man was also very rude over the phone and said he wasn't sorry and then hung up on me. If this happens again then i will be going to the police. They are taking advantage of a young girl and have the worst customer service I have ever had in my 20 years of life.
