Dave is very welcoming and accommodating, he’s done a consistently great job with my hair and beard on every visit. I highly recommend Perrins! Also super convenient with the car park just behind which has free 30 mins. If you’re new to the area like I was a few years ago, look no further, this is the best barber in Hertford.
