While on a business trip to London, my Omega Chronograph stopped working. Concerned I would need more time during my trip to find an authorized repair shop, I stumbled across Perri Watch Repairs. Wow, did I get lucky. Perri and his team are excellent. I arrived without an appointment and was still able to be seen. Desperate to find a fix, Perri listened to my issues and took the watch back for analysis. Within 15 minutes, Perri had the Omega working again. The Omega needed to be demagnetized due to walking through so many airport scanners. Good prices, fantastic service, and very friendly staff. Thanks for the expresso. Obrigado.

Superb polishing work by Perri! I brought my watch in because I wasn't happy with the scratched up lugs due to my constant changing of watch straps. The watch not only came back with the scratched lugs removed but the whole watch case was restored to a pristine condition with sharp edges. My watch has never looked so beautiful! For the price I paid, it is definitely worth it.

I can't say enough good things about Perri's watch repairs. He is possibly the nicest watch guy I've met. No matter how expensive or cheap your watch is, he treats it with equal care and respect. I brought in a very basic watch and he refused to charge me for the service because he wasn't happy with the final end result. What a gentleman! Every time I come in I end up spending a good half hour or more just chatting about various watches and new releases. He showed me some of his work in restoring and polishing top end watches and it's nothing short of superb. I'll definitely be bringing in my other higher end watches to him for service in the future.
