I had a reiki session with Stephan a few days ago and now feel like a better version of myself. It's not easy for me to open up about my issues but I felt comfortable and in a safe space. I was feeling quite stuck in my life and Stephan helped unblock my chakras and heal my energy. “I had my first ever Reiki session with Stephane, I wasn't sure what to expect. I feel that I struggle with imposter syndrome and have been feeling disconnected from myself. I have had one reiki session with Stephane and have already found it to be really beneficial. Stephane was very professional, he came to my home and explained the practice very clearly to me before we started. He told me what to expect as I was feeling nervous and apprehensive, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was my first experience of reiki, I am already feeling the benefits, I feel more positive, a lot less overwhelmed and I am finding it easier to deal with everyday stressors and look forward to further sessions.
