First of all I must say I have had several experiences with roofing contractors, as I have a flat roof extension and through time suffered problems. The latest problem occurred when my conservatory was completed and the roof leaked causing me anxious moments and total frustration. I met several so called roofing experts non of which gave me confidence or assurance in rectifying what was a bad original installation. As a domestic customer for a roof repair I found one or two companies wouldn't turn up when they said they would, made over optimistic programme promises, and where generally over priced. I was therefore delighted to come into contact with Permicoat. If you want first class service, excellent workmanship with men who know their trade, polite, clean and tidy...Look no further. Permicoat, are head and shoulders above the rest I have encountered. No ladders or fumbling about.....scaffolding and safe working practice are used...full price breakdowns given, progress monitored and recorded as part of their quality assurance system, focused on customer satisfaction and they attended when they say they would. All this and a competitive price. In conclusion I can honestly say they were a delight to deal with, provided a top quality job... and would not hesitate to recommend Permicoat to anyone.
