Not a great service Order for rubber roof placed on 2nov order no 208938 part of order arrived 8th More arrived on the 9th, parts missing, called the company they said they would sort it out, it’s now the 11th, called again and they don’t seem that fussed about problem Sharma the lady on the phone said lay you roof and fit trims later Not the answer I was looking for very unprofessional way of workIng after all the trims are needed to stop wind getting under the rubber Hopefully this will get my order sorted Will see how long it takes all together Wish I used my normal rubber roof supplier as I never had any problems with them.

I haven't directly purchases off them only their products through third parties. But this review is more for the customer support. On various occasions this year I have wanted to clarify something about a product and it's correct use. An example being can you stick elastoform on elastoform. Each time I have got a straight answer quickly without having to be put on hold, que or listen to any rubbish music... very refreshing this day in age
