Bought a door from them recently and it is stunning. Had a small problem with one of the long bar handles but this was immediately picked up by the team when reported. The service was fantastic with an engineer assigned, updates provided regularly, engineer attending site who was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and the door is now absolutely perfect. The team then followed up a few days later to confirm I was happy with the resolution. Brilliant customer service, great engineer and a fantastic door!

After months of struggling with another company I found someone local to install a new front door for me. They happened to use Permadoor. There were some issues with the door I ordered but the customer service I received from Mick at Permadoor was like the customer service you got in the old days- they wanted to help and solve the problems as quick as possible and did . The door was pretty much half the price of previous quotes but it is perfect.
