Top tier service and work, went to these guys through my insurance company and they fixed a large deep dent in the back of my car and made it look brand new. Nice and welcoming receptionist and Neil kept me updated and helped me through the entire process. Gave my car a courtesy wash also which is a bonus. Rude and disinterested. Perkins were recommended to me by Hendy Renault Portsmouth, as my mothers Renault needs some bodywork repairs. Upon arrival, the gentleman my mother spoke to asked if she'd made an appointment (she hadn't) and said she'd need to book an appointment and return at a later date (and was rude about it in the process). She explained she'd driven nearly 20 miles and that they had been recommended etc. She turned to leave and the gentleman she was speaking to begrudgingly agreed to look at the vehicle, take her details and provide a quote. Quote never arrived. Not really the way to treat a 75 year old!
