I’ve had a lot of experience with mental health services in various different boroughs. Most of them were shockingly bad or had such bad delays that my mental health got worse waiting for support. Newham Perinatal is the first service to have been proactive about my care rather than waiting until it’s too late. I felt fully supported by my psychiatrist all throughout pregnancy, and now nearly a year postpartum. They were always a step ahead of me in my care, and the communication from them has been top notch. Thank you for looking after me at such a life changing time.

Not very supportive. And they discharged me without even informing me and the fact that i needed the support really badly. I do not recommend this service as it hasn't been really helpful.
