Fraudsters do not use. Bought something from them a week ago and still not arrived. No email confirmation of order, when you do ring them, they have an external call answering service that takes messages and passes them on of which you receive no call back and no view on delivery. Steer clear from these lot unless you want your money stolen. I am submitting a fraud case to the cybercrime unit and hopefully they will close these fraudsters down very soon.

Absolutely dire outfit - do not even bother placing an order with them. I ordered an item of perfume for my daughters birthday (paying handsomley for it too). Having just opened the packaging it is not only the wrong item but a much smaller size also. Their telephone system is separated by a pool of operators acting for a number of different companies so any queries cannot get answered or addressed as no-one from the company is ever available to take your call. I emailed them directly, emailed on their website, emailed through Paypal and have now tried their chat function and waited 53 minutes for not one response. Don't do business with them - if you value your hard earned cash!

Absolutely disgusting customer care! I would give 0 stars if I could! Bought an Xmas present for my wife and it arrived 1 week before Xmas. When she opened it the box along with the perfume bottle was damaged. Apparently you need to raise awareness of a fault with 24 hours, how you do that when your gifting it i don’t know. Their websites states a 30 day refund policy, and when I pointed this out they have decided to ignore me! Do not waste your time or money with the company, absolute jokers!

I ordered a product from this company on the 8th of December 2021 as a Christmas present and they’ve taken my money but I am yet to receive the goods. If I was to walk in the shop and take something without paying I would be arrested for theft. I have been in contact twice and all I have been told is they can’t offer anymore information about what’s happened to it but they will have someone contact me within 48 hours… 5 days later and I’ve had no response from anybody. This is absolutely shocking as I asked for a refund and I can’t even get that… it’s laughable! I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life where nobody can’t remotely explain what’s happened to my order. I also thought that this may have been a one off but from looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the first person that this has happened to. Absolute joke!

I am highly disgusted with the customer service of this company I have been waiting since the 19th of may for my order which has obviousy gone missing with courier i have phoned and emailed numerous times and had no person contact me or email me even after escalation to a manager i will never shop with this company again they have taken payment and just ignored all my correspondence disgusting !!!!
