If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Took my Volvo XC90 ECU for a check and map as the car wasn’t running right, car was not driving right and was smoking on cold start, after having the car in multiple garages to find a fault and 1000’s spent on injectors, HPFP, in tank fuel pump, glow plugs, glow plug module, had a full gearbox service as it was holding gears (mainly 3rd and above), then they finally said it’s probably a mapping issue. Took the ECU to Craig on short notice, the next day he had the map off the ECU and was in the process of getting a new map made for the car, I was then advised that the map was super aggressive and the DPF had not been mapped out properly. Craig then got a factory map for the car and worked his magic! Craig put a new map on the ECU with correct DPF delete and EGR solution with a economical map, the car now drives absolutely stunning, power delivery is a million times better, engine and gearbox feel so much smoother and even though it’s only a economy map the car actually feels quicker and more responsive, and I’m even more impressed that the cold start smoke is now gone as the ECU is no longer trying to pre-heat a DPF that doesn’t exist. Super impressed, super happy and really happy with the car now!
