Impossible to get intouch with any customer service. The app does not work, they never respond to any emails and no one answers the online chat. I have been trying to call them to renew my policy for one week now and nobody picks up the phone. I don't know how anyone would get on calling them in an emergency in cases of a claim. Very Poor customer service.

Never go with this broker!!. I've been driving for over 25 years and never been requested by any insurer in the past for a picture of my car in the garage and need to install a tracking device. These conditions weren't obvious when I bought the policy online, was told is buried somewhere in T&C. After I realised that, I decided to cancel 2 days later and now told to pay £29.37 for the 2 days of insurance cover which is fine but very annoyed to have to pay £55 for the cancellation even though it's within 14 days cooling off period and another £69 for the tracking device I've not used it and will be returned. I still cancelled the policy, if I had to go through this now, they will find ways to not payout on claims. Don't trust them!!!
