Had a superb day on the knife making experience and an added bonus was that I came away with a top quality bespoke kitchen knife! Dave was an exceptionally good instructor, gave me a balance of detail and practical demonstrations to allow me to work on the knife myself without too much interruption. The bite sized stages worked really well and all in all it was a cracking day out. So much so I am already considering booking another workshop for a different style of knife. Top dude, excellent day out and quality piece of kit (and memories) that will last a lifetime.

He is knowledgeable, patient and above all very engaging. Two hours flashed past and it would have taken us weeks to work out what we learned in such a short time. Excellent, go and give it go.
