Went to Perfection today with a friend to choose her wedding dress. Elaine and Kathryn were amazing. They really put her at ease and we all felt welcomed. Dresses all beautiful, really accommodating to changes to design, which are all done in house by themselves. A wonderful experience for choosing a dress. Would definitely recommend.

I chose to visit Perfection after a fantastic experience here previously when my best friend was getting married. My own experience of dress shopping here was even better and I loved every minute! Firstly since the Covid changes, your appointment slot is not shared with others and we had the entire area to ourselves, with the full attention of the brilliant ladies who run the shop. They were so attentive, listened to my views and didn’t push sales at all. I loved that I wasn’t left to rummage through rails as they know their stock inside and out, so brought me dresses that fit with my likes/dislikes. I didn’t feel overwhelmed and found the entire process really professional. Having visited another very good store as well, I personally found that the approach of the Perfection team put them a cut above the rest and ended up returning to say yes to my perfect dress! If you’re on the hunt for a wedding dress - go here!!

Wow - My first dress shop and i didn’t know what to expect at all. Both ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. Being self conscious after not long having my baby they made me feel at ease and found dresses to suit my shape .The knowledge of the staff was amazing ,considering I had no idea on style i wanted . They worked well together and found my perfect dress !! I said yes to my dress today

Ok, so I've never tried on a wedding dress and had no idea at all what would suit me. Kathryn welcomed us in and I felt totally comfortable and at ease. She explained a few things and checked the budget i had, then chose some dresses for me. I had left it all rather late but Kathryn chose dresses that she knew could be ordered in time or what they had in the shop. Tracy made me feel comfortable when trying the dresses on and really made sure they fitted just right so we could really see the shape ect. The first dress I tried on I absolutely loved, I tried on 4 more after that but nothing came close to that 1. So with a few little accessories it was perfect and I bought the dress. So excited now and cannot thank Kathryn and tracy enough they really were amazing xx

Came for the 'first fitting' of my daughter's wedding dress. What a lovely place! The staff made it a special experience too. So relaxed, with nothing being too much trouble. There is a ground floor area with accessories and some dresses. However, a head's up for those with mobility issues... the 'main' salon is up several flights of fairly steep stairs and, unfortunately, there's no lift option. So, sadly, you may wish to rethink your visit to avoid any disappointment. However, having said all that..... a wonderful time was had by all.....OBVIOUSLY!
