We were looking for someone to replace the DRC suspension on our RS4 with coil overs and Perfect Touch Performance were happy to help. After a courtesy health check it unfortunately turned out our vehicle needed A LOT more work than we were aware of. Barry, Gabs and Claudio were happy to show us in person the work that needed doing and allowed us to decide if we wanted to go ahead with no pressure at all. Really good experience with this company. It turned out my vehicle didn’t need the expensive work carried out as the issue was much smaller, the garage was honest about it and only charged for the work taken. My BMW 320i constantly had the engine light on, after having been to 2 other garages Barry and his team were able to diagnose the issue quickly and suggest best way forward. Car now drives, sounds much better and generally feels a lot more together. Perfect Touch are very professional and clearly know what they are doing.
