The store is run by a very knowledgeable man who has clearly been in the business for many years. Lots of advice given along with background information. I took a reasonable quality watch in for service, which was sent to the makers. Perfect Timing remove all the hassle of dealing with the makers and keep track of things. Watch was returned as expected in perfect condition. Possibly not somewhere to take a cheap watch for a change of battery, though it may be worth popping in for some advice 😊
