I have been doing online Pilates with Danielle for three months now, once or twice a week, and I thoroughly recommend it. I'm an older person and not at all athletic/fit and I'm genuinely surprised how much difference Pilates (via Danielle's tuition) has made in such a short time to my posture, flexibility and core strength. The classes are very engaging, with a nice sense of community even though we are all at home, and Danielle gives really clear, well paced instructions, including personal nudges to help us all get into the correct/safe position for the exercises. The classes build beneficial routines via repetition but are also always slightly different which I enjoy as it helps keep me focussed. Danielle always suggests options for each exercise too, so you can work out a way through that challenges you just enough, whatever your starting point. I think I found Perfect Poise Pilates/Danielle via a Google search - so if you are in the same situation then please do give these classes a try. If you decide to sign up there are various packages available to help keep costs down. Enjoy!

I have been doing one-to-one classes with Danielle for about 18 months now and would recommend her to anyone looking for a Pilates teacher. I suffer from a chronic health condition which leaves me with low energy and muscle pain. Danielle is very responsive to my individual requirements, is always calm, friendly and helpful and has helped me gain strength and manage my pain. I really love my sessions.

My strength, posture and day to day mobility have improved immensely since I began Danielle’s Pilates instruction. As a mother of three I finally feel like I have a core again! Danielle is a highly experienced and empathetic teacher and listens and makes sure her classes are attuned to you. She is also very knowledgeable as to how Pilates can lessen anxiety and support a healthy mental and physical lifestyle. Definitely recommend.

I started 121 lessons with Danielle a month or so ago and I’m absolutely loving it. Danielle is the most amazing teacher - she’s so knowledgable and clear in her instructions. Within such a short space of time I can already feel a tangible difference in my back and hip which are the two areas I have difficulty with. After two kids my core isn't like it used to be, but I’m starting to feel stronger and more stable after each session. Pilates will now always be part of my routine-it’s a challenge but I’m a complete convert! Highly recommend!

I have had lessons with Danielle both in the studio and online (for over a year). She is great at working out what you need to support your body to move as it needs to and to help you be stronger. She uses regular moves that you can can progressively get better at and often introduces new sequences to keep it interesting and challenging. I always feel taller and more mobile after her classes and feel the benefit through the week.

Perfect Poise Pilates has been a real lifesaver for me since Covid-19, as it allows me to work out from the comfort of my own home. Danielle makes sure we're comfortable while exercising, that we're moving our bodies correctly and really challenges us. As a result of doing Pilates with Danielle, my back is stronger and I feel more confident with the exercises. This class is good for those with body aches and pains or anyone who wants to learn something new and keep themselves fit.
