I enquired with perfect pergolas about a custom design pergola. However was contacted by the owner to advise that the delivery charges would by very restrictive, as the company is based in South of England and I was needing Delivery to Glasgow. He advised that I could download their own module assembly diagram, from their website, and take it to a local Timber Yard, who would be able to supply and cut the timber i required for the job. Excellent level of customer service, even though ultimately he lost a sale.

We are very pleased with our pergola. Adrian was responsive, professional, friendly and helpful all through the purchase. I asked questions before I bought, he answered quickly and there was no pressure at all. I left for a few months as it was winter, and contacted him again. I absolutely recommend Perfect Pergolas. The pergola is quality and was delivered in good time. Adrian even gave me a 15 minute window of when it would arrive! It also looks amazing! 😀
