Has undergone a change of staff and after giving ample time to adjust to new working environment it has become clear that the new staff are either incompetent or untrained. Customers are left waiting while stuff find misplaced medication. Prescriptions are given out missing items. Communication with customers by telephone or in person is often abrupt or difficult. The premises are in disrepair with damage to fixtures and fittings evident, including damage to a large section of flooring. The shop floor portion of the pharmacy is left unattended with food and drink containers littering the shelves. Boxes and other trip hazards obstruct shelves, some covering defect in floor while others are just left out from restocking shelves. All in all this pharmacy in its operation and appearance are at best unprofessional. While the cosmetic appearance and cleanliness of the pharmacy are a concern far more troubling is the dispensing problems and lack of effective communication.

I do not recommend. My first and last time in this place. Waiting for an hour with my baby to hear that they have no prescription at all. They finally found it, but they had a big problem with solving the issue. Three ladies worked there, but no one knows what's going on... D & K Chemist is incomparably better. They never let me down.

Left waiting on the street for 25 minutes (place is supposed to open at 9:00AM, I was outside until 9:25AM). Phoned up and the girl who answered was rude, merely stated that a pharmacist hadn’t turned up for their shift on time and wouldn’t be there for another half hour! Three people were queuing by this point all waiting for the place to open. Awful service.
