  I couldn’t recommend Dr Silva highly enough, I had my lower eye surgery abroad and had to have stitches removed by Dr Silva, the process was not easy, due to the complexity of the surgery and the tiny stitches, however Dr Silva and his fabulous team had the patience and skill to assist, I really don’t think many would have been able to assist with this process. Thank you so very much for your help and I will be back in the future.

  Dr Asoka SIlva done a fantastic job in a very short time. Made me feel very comfortable and has a great sense of humour. Lovely receptionist too. Definitely would recommend him.

  Efficient and pain free procedure completed by Dr Silva. I had a mole on my nose that I wanted to be removed and Dr Silva took time to get to know me and was very friendly and funny too. I am extremely happy with the result and would recommend Perfect Image consultants to anyone.

  Amazing treatment and service from Dr Silva to remove a cyst on my shoulder. Everything was explained clearly and the whole thing was quick and pain-free, and completed immediately after the consultation. Plus the added bonus of having a very small incision and no stitches. Was very impressed with the clinic, and all the staff were helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

  I had a wart on the back of my neck hairline so it was very obvious to see and made me very self-conscious about it. It literally came from nowhere. I met the lovely Dr. Bodhi today and she was amazing. Very clear and concise with her analysis and explained perfectly the steps that she will be taking to address the issue and the aftercare. She made me very at ease and totally sympathetic to my situation. She had great chat. Treatment was very fast with the laser and I am more than happy with the result. Feels really liberating. I've done a fair bit of research and I am totally glad I chose this place. I also thought the price was very fair. Can't recommend them enough!! Thanks guys!!

  On 18th April 2023 I had 3 warts removed from my face at the above practice by Dr Janani Bodhi. She fully explained the procedure to me and what to expect following the treatment and how to care for the area post procedure. The reception room and clinical area were as expected, clean and organised. My care was very good and I am completely happy and pleased with the result five weeks later. It was certainly worth my money. Interestingly there are few places that provide this service out side of central London so I was happy to travel a little further Ruislip has good connections and parking was convenient. My thanks to Dr Bodhi.

  It was a wonderful experience working with perfect image. The doctor not only walked me through the process of my procedure but also talked to me through out the process, I didn’t even realise when it started and when it ended. We enjoyed the music together and talked a little about our lives. 10 on 10 on empathy and consideration. I would strongly suggest Dr Silva for any of your dermatological needs.

  I recently had a consultation at a clinic for a procedure, and I must say it was an incredibly uncomfortable experience. While the female doctor was pleasant and compassionate, I was appalled by the behaviour of the male doctor, Dr. Silva, who left me feeling highly uncomfortable throughout the consultation. When I disclosed the procedure I required to Dr. Silva, his immediate reaction was a disapproving frown and he proceeded to express his personal disgust for performing such procedures. He literally said 'I don't like performing procedures in this area' giving me some graphic detail as for why that is, which I'm not going to describe here as it is too personal. What disturbed me further was Dr. Silva's continuous probing into my motives for wanting the procedure. He questioned my decision, making me doubt myself and the validity of my own choices. At one point he said to me 'did you bring any tissues?' and after I answered no, why, he said 'because you are going to cry'. Such remarks were completely uncalled for and demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding. Dr. Silva's outright expressions of disgust towards the area I sought treatment for were completely unprofessional and beyond what I would expect from a healthcare professional. As a patient, I came to the clinic expecting a non-judgemental and supportive environment, but Dr. Silva's comments only made me feel nervous, anxious, and overall uncomfortable. His apparent satisfaction when I decided not to proceed with the procedure on that day was disheartening and left me questioning his commitment to providing quality care. Sharing sensitive information about our bodies with strangers is already a daunting task, and it is the responsibility of healthcare professionals to create a safe and respectful space for patients. Dr. Silva failed in this regard, and I strongly urge the clinic to address his unprofessional behaviour. No patient should be made to feel ashamed or invalidated when seeking medical care, especially in an intimate context. I left the clinic feeling dissatisfied, disappointed, and uneasy about the whole experience. It is my hope that my review serves as a warning to other potential patients and that the clinic takes appropriate measures to ensure that such unprofessional conduct is not repeated in the future.
