If you are looking for an amazing tailor, look no further! Shifa is amazing!! I needed my wedding dress tailoring and we had gone to another tailor who refused us because they said they can’t put the dress through the machine, so we were very disheartened and had to lug the (VERY heavy) dress home. I found Shifa’s company online and my sister also had used her before and had a good experience. Despite how complicated the tailoring was going to be (she had to do it all by hand), and how heavy and impractical the dress was to work on, she took on the job! And she did an INCREDIBLE job on it! She had to alter it in two stages because of how big the dress was and how small i am, and even suggested extra alterations at no extra cost that i didn’t know i needed but am now so grateful for (e.g. adding a zip). She did an incredible job in the limited timeframe that we had! But more than that, she was such a joy to be around, always smiling and joking, took time to get to know us and our situation and just an all-round amazing person! Hands down best experience I’ve had. Such a warm and professional manner in how she dealt with me. I gave her 2 days to add material to a dress (which she was rightfully hesitant about) but then helped my vision and so much more come to life. I’ve never been complimented so much on a dress.
