  Review updated May 2023 We had a number of issues with PCW when we initially placed the order last year due to longer than expected lead times and poor customer service. We managed to get a hold of a senior person within the organisation who actually replied to us and was transparent about the situation, which was helpful. Review was updated from 1 to 4 stars as the actual windows and sliding doors were of good quality. However, I wished they clarified with us about the bi-fold doors which were not made to how we wanted, which just goes to show that the sales people need to be trained in terms of what customers want as opposed to just trying to maximise sales revenue. This is the third house we've had bi-fold doors installed and it was the first time that it came out so wrong. It was too late by the time they delivered the bi-fold doors to change them and they didn't offer any solutions. -- Far from perfect. The guys here are great at selling their products to you and closing their sales, but once you’ve placed your order it gets lost in the abyss. Their surveyor was great and had really good attention to detail, but everything after that has been terrible. The after sales department (both installation and production) don’t seem to communicate with each other and therefore it’s taken them over a week to give me an update on our order (we still don’t have one from Kasia in Installation because apparently no one in their production team can provide one) and our sales manager, Oliver, has just taken zero accountability for helping us follow up, including his manager Tom. For someone spending over £40k on their products, this is absolutely atrocious and they’re holding our project up. We haven’t had anything installed yet so I can comment on the quality of their products, but if you need windows made within a time frame, don’t use PCW because there is no one you can follow up with about your order and they don’t care about the customer once you’ve placed the order.

  Konrad and the team were amazing. PCW delivered everything they said and more. We even had a really tight deadline that they managed to keep. We're so happy with the windows and sliding doors. As you can see from the images they look great and feel strong and sturdy. Very happy customers!

  Overall I am very pleased with the end to end service I have received from PCW. From the first contact with sales who promptly provided a quote and happily amended multiple times at my request, I was sure I found the right company. Unlike other window companies, PCW offered the full 48mm triple glazed option which was superior to other 28mm offers I have received - for those who are unaware, a 28mm triple glazed unit is actually less efficient than a 28mm double glazed, so if going triple you must go 48mm. The installation went better than I had hoped. The quality of the whole unit is impressive. Highly recommended and will be returning to replace other windows in my house.

  Julian Telescu in Sales epitomizes great customer service. He's friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much trouble. Very responsive on the phone and makes in-person visits to provide assurance. PCW were a little more expensive than a competitor I was looking at but Julian swung my decision. As for the quality of windows and delivery, this was 12 weeks away and a little frustrating, but they were upfront with me and informed me before I paid the deposit. Update: Now in December 2022, installation of the bi-fold and windows is complete, but a catalogue of poor installation and cheap fittings have been found. I have demanded these be addressed as they open offices in 2023. As at 28 March, issues with poor installation still not fully resolved and Sales person I had given kudos to has resigned.

  Excellent from start to finish. Klaudia from the Customer Service Team + ( valuation team) was very helpful and shared valuable & practical advise, order and transport on time, installation team pleasant to deal with. One suggestion I would make is for them to have an industrial vacuum to help cleaning. Other than that. 5 stars! Big thanks to production team for making great windows and making our home warmer!
