Just having the so called ‘perfect conservatory ‘ roof finally replaced by a competent contractor. They described it as the worst roof ever seen!! Only taken three yrs to get a decent roof but getting there now !! Steer clear of perfect conservatories!!

ONE YEAR ON. Shame the company hasn't followed through. The workman were good but something has gone wrong and I've not been able to contact anyone, emails not answered, phone calls not returned and letter sent but no response. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Really pleased, a few hiccups to start with because of Covid and getting the box gutter but the installation went very smoothly and the workforce were extremely efficient, friendly and worked very hard. The plasterer was was very good too. Looking forward to using our new room as soon as we have decorated. Service: Installation

IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP, YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY AVOID THIS COMPANY. Like many others, they took my money, they did not complete the work, they used their children as an excuse over a dozen times as to why the project would not be completed. They are rude, they lie, this is a HUGE SCAM. Sam, Andy, Jane, Amy Mark, Chris and Fiona are all a complete joke and I fail to understand how they sleep at night! They should be ashamed of themselves. They are all clearly trained in tactics to avoid customers once you pay. None of the sub contractors we spoke to had a good word to say which started to create alarm bells. Its border line fraud. They took down a lantern from a flat roof and replaced it with a board for 6 months and never returned to install the new one I paid several thousand pounds for. They were expelled by HICS for not registering work. We have informed our bank, we have informed trading standards and reported them to HMRC who will no doubt have a field day with these people! This company is a SCAM! In June 2020, Perfect conservatories quoted us for a new conservatory installation and new double glazing sash windows throughout the property. We paid a large deposit to Sam and Bettina who run the company. Depsite an installation date in July 2020, no one turned up. It then became clear within the next 12 months that they had no intention of providing any service - only to STEAL our deposit. We sent over 100 texts and emails and made several calls per day during that period. At the beginning we were told that someone would get back and later we were completely ignored, including our many many requests to get our deposit back. Sam was incredibly rude and one of the final texts we recieved was from Sam informing us that we could not get a refund despite never having recieved any service from Perfect conservatories. Luckily we psid our deposit by credit card. We provided all evidence of commincation - emails and texts. Within 3 weeks, the credit card company refunded us our deposit. In discussions with the credit card company, they mentioned that they had recieved a few refund requests for Perfect Conservatories. This company is a SCAM and operating during the covid period. Review their social media acounts, you will see that their 'positive' Google reviews are FAKE. We feel fortunate that despite the year of hell with this company, we received our deposit back and no works were carried out. Sorry to all those who weren't so lucky!!! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY. Installation of insulated and tiled replacement conservatory roof. Work started in February 2021 and Velux window was incorrectly installed and not covered by the Velux warranty. After much delay Perfect Conservatories reluctantly removed the Velux widow and filled in the gap that was left, tiling the outside and plasterboarding inside. The inside ceiling is still waiting for them to make good the plastering at todays date 2/9/21. They have had full payment since February, and show a complete disregard or loyalty to their customers. We would strongly advise potential customers to go elsewhere! Service: Installation

STOP STOP STOP and think twice before you sign any Contract with this Company. Take a look at the photos. We have been in this turmoil for 6 months waiting for them to return to repair the despicable workmanship of a new lightweight roof. Water has been pouring in and they couldn't care less. They have no conscience of leaving us in this appalling state.

We had our conserotory roof fitted back in December 2020, whilst the workmanship was great the whole Administration was very poor, the dates were cancelled, the items we had originally agreed with the surveyor were not all met and even the measurements taken were incorrect which caused further delays during fitting. Whilst the roof fitted by the builders was of good workmanship we have since being trying to contact Perfect Conservotories to follow up on the Building Regulations Certificate and this has been an absolute nightmare, numerous emails have just been ignored and even phone calls have not been returned even after being told they would call us back. This is very poor customer service and the terms of the agreement have not been met regarding the building certificate. We are now at our wits end and looking to take matters further.
