Awful company to deal with. Paid the deposit and they helped themselves to the balance from my bank account today before the job was even done. Understandably I was cross about it and Matt ‘the manager’ just talked over me before hanging up. Spoke to someone else about refunding the money I hadn’t authorised and got told would take 5-7 days and if I then didn’t pay the balance today they would plus take me to court and issue a CCJ. Cleaner was a star very nice man but I would never use this company again even the appointment got moved 3 times. £305 for a small 2 bedroom house what was I thinking
