  Haven't used them so can't comment on quality but won't be dealing with them as the sales guys are just to pushy for an appointment. I cancelled the original appointment and now a number of calls to re book. My last communication was look I am too busy next few weeks so leave it for a while. That was on the Monday. Today a Friday two more calls. When companies push to much they sound desperate and for me are not the people I want to use.

  A lovely company from start to finish, Marie was great throughout the quoting stage, although I knew what I wanted, she was always great at offering other available options. Our surveyor that came to measure spent a good couple of hours ensuring that everything was correct, investigated and highlighted potential install issues, but came up with a solution. Install day - VERY cold lol! (It was December) However, we did have a few minor hiccups but that wasn't the fault of the installer, however they rectified everything quickly and efficiency, and nothing was too much trouble. Jordan, Isaac & the rest of lads were fantastic. We did have to wait a little bit longer than planned for the doors, but they always kept us in the loop and contacted me at each stage. Communication is so vital. Following on, the after service has been great, the doors drop slightly after installing (which they usually do after settling) and they came back and sorted straightaway. I would highly recommend Perfect Choice to anyone, they have been brilliant and I thoroughly love my Residence Collection windows! Thank you to all.

  Following the purchase of a lounge window and door at a cost of £8,828 I requested the specifications of the product, the company said this request was not normal practice, but did comply. In hindsight I think an open+ transparent description/ specification should be on the quotation in writing and a benefit to both parties of the products transaction and service. I was foolish and too trusting as a pensioner and should have insisted on this at the time. A cautionary and costly mistake I will not be repeating.

  Shocking! Called to the house and asked if I would like a quote - we are currently looking at replacing 4 windows in the property. Made an appointment, although I was asked if it would be best for my husband to be present, reassured the salesman I am capable of making decisions. A call today to confirm the appointment with me and my husband, again I said it would just be me, and why is the company so insistent on a "husband" being present, to be told it is to save all the to'ing and fro'ing, reiterated I could make a decision, only to be told they were cancelling the appointment, and put the phone down!

  As others have already said everything was perfect from start to finish. Everything was done when they said it would be. The quality of our new secondary glazing is second to none as are the two guys that fitted them. Right from the first phone call there has been no cause for complaint, everything just as it should be at all stages from first enquiry all the way through to installation. It is so rare in these times to have nothing to complain about but there really is nothing at all. Thank you Perfect Choice 🙂

  I am very pleased with the quality and installation of my new windows and conservatory. The whole team were timely and efficient, including with aftersales documents. The two installers were professional, explained things clearly, worked hard and left everything clean and tidy. My only additional feedback is I would have benefitted from more detailed descriptions on the website about my choices of windows, doors or materials to consider before any consultation. I would definitely use them again.

  An excellent company from start to completion. It was a pleasure to deal with the very professional staff at all stages. The replacement of our conservatory roof with a glass one was carried out efficiently and on time,the materials and workmanship were of the highest standard and the end result justified the many excellent comments we have received on the installation. Perfect Choice is a company which we will use again and would fully recommend them.
