EXCELLENT!!!! You will not be disappointed!! So, I did a Google search, trying to find a carpet cleaner. He (Velko)answered my call promptly and asked me to send my details. He promised to come the following morning. I was impressed by the short notice. But I still wasn’t expecting him to come. But sure enough, he turned up at 10am the next day. Then the real surprise began.I have the grottiest, grossest stained beige carpet. This man made it look brand new! I am typing this as he is still working. I am AMAZED!! Honestly, you will not be disappointed. This man is incredible, and he works alone! He is extremely polite and friendly, and gave me excellent advice on how to maintain the carpet in future. He seriously needs to increase his prices because the amazing transformation he performs is worth far more than he charges.He has saved me a fortune because I was contemplating buying new carpets. I am super impressed and pleased. I know this review is long, but I want people to know how amazing this service is. He told me he has been doing this for 17 years…and it shows in his work. Velko was brilliant!! His quote was reasonable and he was punctual. I haven't used a carpet cleaning service for about 4 years so the carpets were quite dirty. After Velko finished up with the place, the carpets looked like brand new again...in fact they looked even better when they were fully dry. We used Perfect Carpet Cleaning for our new house. Whilst he came on time and actually the carpets are now quite clean it has ruined our recently painted skirting boards. He was going so hard against the walls with the machine that across our skirting boards which were painted last week, we have black marks everywhere from the machine. We did ask him to be a bit careful but he said he has to do that - which I find odd given no one will want clean carpets and messed up skirting boards? It's a shame as carpet is quite clean (although slight weird smell coming from them now) but we will now spend more money and time sorting out the skirting board.
