I have had several health issues recently and feel the treatments have helped destress and detox my body and I'm heading in the right direction. It's amazing how Claire is able to locate the areas in the body that need extra care and attention. Claire is a lovely, empathetic and caring lady, who takes time to understand your needs. The treatment room is well set up and is very calm and relaxing. Easy parking right outside is a bonus. I'm so glad I found Claire.

I’ve had several reflexology sessions with her and will be booking again once Covid restrictions permit. After each session I feel energised but also so relaxed.
