Popped in for something to eat on a Sunday lunchtime, and were seated straight away. There was a pleasant feel to the ambience, not overly busy but definitely a buzz about the place nonetheless. Waiters were all friendly, chatty and helpful, and service was prompt. Food was tasty and filling, and dessert was very nice too. Price-wise very reasonable, especially the lunchtime special menu, and somewhere we will happily go back to. Returned tonight (Monday) and enjoyed another tasty meal. It's always worth booking, to be on the safe side, but they weren't snowed under either. The waiting staff are still attentive and very pleasant, and there was a nice atmosphere with gentle music and dimmed lighting. Still recommended by me, without any hesitation ! Latest visit was Coronation Monday, and it was busy ~ we booked a table, and I'd still recommend to do that ! Service seemed a bit slower than usual, but that might have been influenced by a pretty full restaurant. Food was still very decent, particularly the funghi starter I shared, and I still have no hesitation recommending this place.
