I have found this business to be very over-priced. I also ordered earring hooks that broke before I was even able to hook the dangle on them - I thought it was me being hashy, but I tried with 3 hooks before contacting Peppy Beans to ask for a return and was told there was no return or refund on earring products (totally understandable if the product was useable), but these are unfit for purpose , so I have totally lost my money here. Not happy at all.
