Mr Frank Barrett, Daughter Kate, Son John, Pauline, & all the staff, are second to none. An old established Independent Family Firm, carrying on with the virtues, & personal care, it was set up to do in 1873. Pepperdine Barrett, have recently helped me, & extended family, through the devastating loss of my young sister. Professional, caring, compassionate, & thorough in every detail, of losing a loved one. The grieving process, is lightened knowing that you are in 'Good Hands' My surname, should not put you off this review! Update on original review. Used Pepperdine Barrett for my mums funeral Dec 2021 and now for my dads Aug 2022. Both times PB provided the perfect send off. Everything from first contact to the day of the funeral went smoothly. We had to delay my mums funeral due to my dad going in hospital They were very sympathetic and gave us the time needed. Just want to say thanks to Kate and the rest at Pepperdine for arranging the perfect send off for my parents. I would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Pepperdine Barrett conducted the funeral of both my parents within the last 7 months. The service they provided was amazing. Kate, Barry, John, Pauline and the rest of the team/family made this extremely difficult time that much more bearable and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond even finding us a violinist to play. Thankyou All for All you did for not just for Mum and Dad that were in your care but for the Care you extended to the whole family. The compassion, kindness, consideration & respect shown from start to finish was absolutley outstanding. I just want to thank you and your team for everything from start to finish, my grandads send off was beautiful and nothing was too much for the team involved, & can i just mention the celebrant (Russ) of whom you assigned to do the service - he was also AMAZING, his words, his help and his patience, i will deffinatley use him in the future aswell as yourselves. It's tough to choose a funeral director as you're not in the best frame of mind when looking around; I imagine like many we plumped for the one nearest to us. We needn't have worried as we received excellent, thoughtful and respectful service for my dad's funeral. Special thanks to Katie, Liz and Pauline who have been superb throughout.

The staff at Pepperdine Barrett were efficient, kind and respectful throughout the process of organising my mum's funeral. I cannot thank them enough for making what was a very difficult time, especially during the pandemic, easier. They made sure that all my mum's and our wishes were taken care of and that we knew exactly how things would go on the day. If you sadly need their services for a relative or wish to make plans for yourself, I recommend them.
