The lady at the information desk has been amazing! I must have troubled her about 5 different times because I'm not from the area and I was lost, but she was so helpful and helped me get a train within 2 minutes of it leaving, rather than me having to wait for another train which was due in, over an hours wait! She is a gods send 🙏

1st Class Lounge Great to have a first class lounge at last. Big thank you to Rosie who made the time go by with a smile and a laugh, while waiting for the train to Paddington. Lovely service. Its a shame that GWR cannot make a better effort with its 1st class service on board. Dreadful.

The train was on time and punctual, however, the attitude of some of the staff was awful when travelling from Penzance to Bodmin Parkway. We weren't sure whether the train lights were off because we should have already been on it or because we had to wait, so we asked the members of staff on the platform. They were not helpful at all - all we got back was a sarcastic, patronising answer as though we were thick: "Well you can't get on yet as the doors aren't open..." Yep, we could see the doors weren't open, thank you for pointing that out. That wasn't what we asked. Talk about customer service - some of your staff really shouldn't be in that line of work!
