We had a bad experience with Penzance helicopters. We booked ahead to make a day trip to the Scilly isles on the 28th. We drove al the way from the Netherlands to do this. The day before we got an email that the trip was cancelled due to the weather. When we came in the office on the 27th there wasn’t any room to look for possibilities, we were just given our money back and a sorry. But the big surprise came the next they when we instead booked a trip to st. Michaels mount. The weather was perfect on the 28th (as forecasted) sun, and 16 degrees. And helicopters flew all day. So this gave us the feeling they had to get rid of us because there seemed to be an event on the Scilly iles. So a very bad experience…

Very poor. Delayed flight no information. Staff at St Mary’s provide no updates. Constantly have to ask for updates. Fight delays gone from up to 2 hours to 3 hours. All could have been such a different experience but won’t bother again will use Skybus where arrivals and departures are on time.
